Actually, I have been working on a serial cable network implementation for the
IIgs. It uses a simple "server" component on the PC side to "serve" files up to
the IIgs using a simple text based IIgs client. It makes file copying and
access really easy.
My ultimate goal is to run the thing as an FST under GS/OS. Maybe one day, when
I get some quality PERSONAL programming time, I will have some luck... But
alas, dealines loom and my business life eats up all the time I have...
