Please help identify

I have recently acquired a box of Apple ][ cards, and I can't identify
two of them.
The first one is just labeled "M.C.T."
The second one is labeled "Orvis Systems Apple Transporter"

For those of you who can view .jpg files over the web, I have posted

These files are both about 94k each for better detail.
