I've got a 5-pin DIN to db25 connector, as well as external 5 1/4"
and what apears to be a CGA (rgb) monitor... I have a feeling though
that I will either have to swap out the 5 1/4" with the external or
play with the drive speed, because at the moment, it refuses to
format any disk (unless I'm using the command wrong, I tried
INITIALIZE, INITIALIZE 0, and INITIALIZE "TEST" (they all apear to
work, but gives I/O Error.... I also am waiting for a friend to find
a Apple Pro-DOS or Apple DOS disk (the disk I got from the owner have
games and print shop, etc. but no Pro-DOS or DOS disk...)

Thanks for the info, I'll check it out... I also have a serial card
for the Apple, but don't have the manual at the moment, and forgot
the name of it (I once had the original BOX, but can't find it...)
It has a small dip switch in the top right corner for setting the
baud rate.... Though that leaves another question to wonder about on
its card (the cable to connect to the modem doesn't have any markings
for what Pin1 is...No Arrow on the connector, no Red Stripe, etc.
Weird...
