MODEM.MGR VT100 emulation file

I just installed a communications program called MODEM.MGR by
MGR Software of Anaheim, CA. I require VT100 emulation. The
program includes some emulation files but not VT100. There is a
utility included that allows the user to write their own
.EMU file but I don't know how to do it.

MGR Software is out of business now I suspect but perhaps they
issued a VT100.EMU file with later versions. Does anyone have
MODEM.MGR?
