i dont know if someone suggested this, but if you put some of the marker over the mark on the case and rub it with the marker tip, some of the solvent in the marker will help get out the mark on the case. Then you can use some strong alcohol or other solvent to quickly get up the whole mess. You need to do this before the new marker dries, but it has worked for me a few times drew
