First, are you sure that the diskettes that you're placing in th drive are
bootable disks?
It's possible that you could be trying to boot 13 sector DOS 3.2 disks.
It's also possible that the DOS is blown on the disk that you're trying to
boot.

I'm sure that in a day or so Nathan Mates will refer you to his FAQ, which
those of us on AOL do not have access to so that may also be of some help.

As a final thought, drive speed could also be the problem.
