Wire a series of OR-gates (I think you need five or six) in a loop to the antenna.
Initially, they'll all be off, but you can charge them up by soldering and
desoldering a NOT-gate and quickly turning the remote on and off. The sequence will
continue to loop around the antenna forever.

It's totally bogus but it works in RO :)
