REQ: Help on Windham Classics' games

I was wondering if anybody knew some of the following things in the Windham
Classics' game (for the Apple II of course) for Below The Root:

1) How do I get into the Temple Grund?  Can you even get into the Temple Grund?

2) What can I do with Do'l Falla's Key?

3) The map notes a Spirit Lamp and it is nowhere to be found.  Where is it?

4) Is there anything else to do below the roots (in the caverns) besides
greeting and obtaining the spirit enhancements from Vatar (that hermit)? 
It seems like you should be able to do something more but I can't figure
out anything more.

5) I can't figure out a way to kiniport Rammo on safe ground.  It seems
that you can only kiniport inventory items.

6) Where are all the hermits, wise ones, etc. to get all the strengths from?
