Please tell this to Microsoft.  They charge over $100 CDN just for an
upgrade package of Windows 95.  I believe it is around the $200 CDN
range for the full version.

Even if Windows 95 comes bundled with a new system, your still being
charged for it.  It is just included in the system price.

I think Apple has had the right idea about distributing its operating
systems since day one.
