Hello. I do not know about the quality of the Video Turtle and am not
commenting on it's quality in any way. I have however noticed one
interesting point about your product.

According to your post, the cost for the Video Turtle would be ($149.95,
plus $5 S&H).The cable costs (21.95). This totals up to be $176.90, IF you
already have a TV with S-Video. I believe most people do not have an
S-Video TV, and therefore would have to buy one. You stated that they are
in the 20" and above range, thus the price of the TV is in the $225+ range
(remember sales tax), to the best of my ability to estimate cost compared
to 19" TV's with no S-Video connector. This puts the individual in the
$400+ range, which although gets the person a new TV and a bigger screen,
is a far greater cost than a used AppleColor RGB Monitor, plus shipping. I
believe that if one were to add up the total cost, then one might be
discouraged from purchase of the Video Turtle.

Sincerely,
Jason Whorton (I love Apple II. How about you?)
