If this program is bypassing the boot firmware and is directly loading
the boot sector, it might not be setting up the registers and zero page
locations correctly. ProDOS is much fussier about this than DOS 3.3.
The obvious way to boot from a paritcular slot is to simulate the PR#n
command, or simply jump to the entry point ($C500 for slot 5). This
works with almost any bootable device.
