The most cost effective solution is to make a backup of your disk, initialize
it and then copy it back. I fully agree that proSEL is an excellent choice, but
choosing the other method has the incredible advantage of a) having a backup
and b) you're very likely to throw out  some unused files before copying. makes
your disk *real* defragmented! :-)
