Can IIGS share drive with Mac?

I have a Mac and IIGS, can I set up sharing of harddisk among them?

I don't think I can afford to upgrade the GS, btw, since I am 
moving towards running GS application on the Mac (with the
fantastic Bernie II the Rescue emulator).
