If Joe Kohn has lied to you...it's not something that I've seen.

Let's see...you stated here in CSA2 that you wouldn't publish anything that
Joe Kohn had written...then later you went and published something of his.
And, you act like you've done nothing wrong.  So yes, it's simple enough.

Well, my reasoning is listed above.  I don't know how I could explain it
any plainer.
