To which I respond:  Not Really!  It appears that you worship the ground Joe
 Kohn walks on, thus, anything that might appear to go against his biased
 wishes would tend to give you the illusion that I was directly attacking him
 and breaking a promise.  FWIW, Joe Kohn has broken promises to me also.  

You need to review all issues concerning your concerns about my lying to Joe
 Kohn and breaking a promise.  After you do so, I think (as most other
 level-headed people have concluded) that you should be able to see - I broke
 no promise to Joe Kohn on any issues.  

So, Greg B. if you really conclude that I did, then outline your reasoning for
 such a conclusion in a step by step scenerio for everybody to comment on and
 give their thoughts on the matters in question.  Let's not keep this matter to
 ourselves only - for discussion.  Let's allow the entire CSA2 community
 discuss the issues and state their views on all of it - in detail.
