I share your frustrations with eBay. I got fed up with eBay's ever-
increasing fees, their lack of balance in enforcing their policies,
and some of the general b.s. you just experienced, so I looked around
for alternatives and came up with Blujay and Bonanzle. Blujay has
absolutely no fees, and Bonanzle only charges you if the item sells
and its fees are much less than eBay. Granted, the traffic on both
sites is less than eBay, but I found that I sell quite a bit on
Blujay, much less on Bonanzle. I continue to list a few items on eBay
as a way of driving traffic to my Blujay store - each item I sell on
eBay goes out with promotional materials for the Blujay and Bonanzle
venues. There are a few other vintage Apple II sellers on Blujay so
you may want to give that a try. No fees so the only thing you can
loose is the few minutes it takes to put your ad up.

Someone at eBay may have had the best of intentions with that policy
but for the life of me, I can't figure it out. With your eBay
Feedback profile, there is absolutely no justification from what I
see.
