In order to guarantee free, open FAQs access to all Apple II users,
Ground is hosting a project to update, expand, and maintain the csa2
FAQs.

Meeting your requirements should present no difficulties.
The plan is for Ground's new csa2 FAQS folder to include ...
o the newsgroup's FAQs proper-- Frequently Asked Questions relating to
the Apple II series divided into several files
o assorted files which directly support the csa2 FAQs
o Apple II series special topic FAQs, Mini-FAQs, Mini-Manuals, etc.
authored by various writers and maintained as individual files
The content of a separately authored, self-contained item not
expressly donated to the "csa2 FAQs", such as the GNO FAQ, will be left
alone unless the author agrees to changes.
To simplify author updates, self-contained topical documents and
documents such as the GNO FAQ will remain separate from the csa2 FAQs
proper.
Should the author of a self-contained document not expressly
donated to the "csa2 FAQs" request removal of the document from the FAQs
folder, it will be removed.
So, the plan is for the GNO FAQ to be archived in Ground's FAQS
folder where it will remain a separate file and where its contents will
be unchanged unless you choose to upload an update. Be sure to let me
know if this is not satisfactory.
