Let me clarify my position.

I have no objections to the GNO FAQ being included in such a collection
as long as it remains unaltered (including attributions, et cetera) and
as a separate document. You can make reference to it, have hypertext
links to it, and so forth. What I want to avoid is having multiple
versions around (specifically changes made by other people). If you
are archiving it, I encourage you to make sure that it's always up-to-date
by automatically downloading it from the master ftp or web site, or
by grabbing it off csa2g.

If you are using hypertext links, please make them to the master web
site (address is in the FAQ) rather than to a copy.

The GNO FAQ is there to be used. I just want to minimize the effort
it takes to maintain it. (Time spent on the FAQ is not spent in
development.) As usual, any comments on the GNO FAQ should either be
posted to csa2g or sent to me in email.

I would like to take the opportunity to mention that my position on
the GNO FAQ should not be interpreted as supporting or opposing any
individual in the ongoing csa2 FAQ debate. Where appropriate, I
have made my opinions known to the parties involved, in email.

I have never uploaded a version of the FAQ to ground; someone else
has always done so. I will not be upgrading the ground version, but
feel free to update it as I mentioned above.
