Point taken. And in any case, just that on it's own wouldn't be likely to
get to court... as mentioned previously, courts can throw out trivial cases
as unworthwhile. Although, there have been exceptions [I remember a story of
the FBI having worked hard to trying to bring a cracker to justice... they
were sure who he was, but didn't have sufficient evidence to charge him. In
the end do you know how they got him? They charged him with theft because he
had an empty milk crate in his back yard that belonged to some milk company]

Anyway, I agree with some previous posters... if Nathan wants to restrict
access to his site, then all he has to do is stop calling it the c.s.a2
FAQ, and step down as THE FAQ maintainer. Even if he doesn't, as soon
as a FAQ is drawn up, as I understand the way the News works, we can have
a CFV to replace him as the official FAQ maintainer, and appoint the
new people/person with their new FAQ as the primary ones.
