Looking at my official "csa2 Flame Fest scorecard" I notice that on one 
side of the ongoing troubles that beset csa2, we have Apple II developers, 
programmers, and owners of Apple II companies and on the other side we 
have Charles Turley - a person who stated on csa2 that "the only reason I 
ever sold pirated Apple II software was to support my crack cocaine habit."
