Exactly. Try to swap the 1st and the 4th RAM chip and run the self test
again. If you get 'RAM 10000000', you have the bad one.

The cheapest way to get a new RAM chip is pulling it from an old XT
board or memory expansion card. Replacing the whole row ist better than
changing a single chip, because the different batches have slightly
different access times.
