Query: Internet E-mail Client for Apple IIc

Can I install an internet e-mail client in an Apple IIc, 128K, two 5.25
drives, + external 2400 bps modem? What about a text based WWW broser?

Is there any software available?

Will I need a 3.5 drive or extra RAM?

I have this IIc I want to revive and give it to my mom for word processing
and e-mailing to my sisters abroad. The machine works well and it's a pity
to have it in boxes.
