The short answer: No, you cannot do as you suggest above.

BUT--That is only because you asked the wrong question. At the moment,
Internet client software is not available for the 8-bit Apple ]['s (][,
][+, ][e, //c), and only in 'beta test' stage for the IIgs.

In answer to the question you failed to ask--
"Can I use this //c for word processing and Internet emailing and text Web
browsing?" the answer is a resounding "YES!!!". Here is what you need--

1. A good communications program that can do VT-100 emulation. I used
Kermit-65 for a long time on a ][e, but the general concensus here seems
to be that the commercial program "ProTERM" seems to be the best choice.

2. An Internet account that offers *SHELL* access. A SLIP account or PPP
account will not do you any good. A shell account provides you with a
text-based interface to email, where the program actually runs on your
ISP's computer (instead of yours). There are also text Web browsers (LYNX
being the most common) that can also talk to any VT-100 display.

Okay?
