One more thing--if interlacing is the only problem, you will still see
the same colors, in the picture, it's just a matter of the rows of
pixels in the picture will be out of order (if you have a basically
red & blue pic, you won't see any green, orange, etc. if this is your
problem)--I can't see this mix-up happening, tho...

Get an emulator, run the picture-showing program on the PC, and then
take a "snapshot" (like, the Print Screen key on a PC or Apple-! on a
Mac) of the screen, as long as you've got an emulator that does video
well.
