QUESTION: Converting MouseWrite files

My father has an Apple IIgs and used MouseWrite as his word processor.
Now he has bought a Compaq running Windows95 and uses MS Works 4.0 as 
his word processor.  I have an old Mac Performa, so I can transfer his 
Apple files on to IBM disks.  How can we preserve the formatting on his 
MouseWrite documents when we make them IBM-readable?  Everything I've 
tried so far just turns the MouseWrite files into text only.  Not only 
do the underlines disappear, so do the margins.  Is there any way to 
convert these documents so that they'll look okay on his Compaq?  

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks for anything you can tell us.
