Well, until you get a hard disk, you of course have to make do with a 3.5
system disk. So once you have a working set of system disks, do an "Appleshare
on 3.5 disk" install. This makes a floppy which will boot your IIgs into
GS/OS and has the necessary software to use localtalk and file sharing. Then
set up file sharing on your Mac and set up the IIgs to do Appletalk. Then
either run a printer cable between the printer ports or use localtalk boxes,
and fire it up.
