The PR#3 Command only works if the card is in slot 3, I think.  A lower 
case conversion requires a new video ROM/PROM and/or piggyback board that 
plugs into the video ROM socket as well as a jumper mod to shift between 
upper and lower case.  Also a side note...I remember when using mixed 
mode (text and graphics) text would come out the reg II+ video and 
graphics thru the Videx output.
