lynx can only get it onto the local server.  If the local server only
supports Kermit, he still has the problem of getting the file onto his
Apple II.

And if lynx is being run under -anonymous, then most likely manipulation
on the server is out of the question.  The file suffers from the perennial
chicken-or-the-egg problem if it isn't offered in BSQ format.
