You should check out both Ground - ftp url:

and it's mirror Liquify (in html - with a nice keyword search engine).

or the Liquify (Ground mirror) normal ftp url:

Both have mirrored archive collections of most all of the other major 
Apple II ftp sites. Most Apple II users have there collections on 
Ground, it's well organized, with the most recent uploads, month by 
month new upload folders (in the upload folder) and it has the bulk of 
all the AOL Apple II archives now transfered for free public access, 
(currently from within the upload folder).

You can also find nearly all Apple II related ftp sites, WWW pages, 
gopher links, etc. from the 'A2 Grand Central Station' web page url.
