   And once again, that's not the issue here. Joe Kohn told Turkey in
no uncertain terms not to use *any* of his works. Turkey agreed to
that. Unless you're now trying to argue that the definition of the
word 'any' has changed in the last few months, your point is moot and
useless.

   However, if you point is that Turley's word cannot be trusted for
more than a millisecond, as has been amply demonstrated by the Turkey
(heart of "gold", brains of lead and/or dung), we can at least agree
on that. Turley will do and say anything that he thinks will get him
favor and attention at that second, never once having the brains to 
think if he's taken a different stance in the past.
