I'm sure you're technically correct, but I was saying that Rev. Chuck did know
he wasn't allowed to reprint articles or include software from the people on
his shitlist. He was explicitely denying he ever received such a statement
though you can verify his acknowledgement anytime in deja news. That's a
contradiction. I'm not familiar with US law and certainly would not bother a
poor judge with such crap.

As I said, it's not so much to my surprise. It's just that my neuron watchdog
stumbled over this contradiction, started producing Internet hormones so I felt
like posting this.
