The IIc doesn't have RGB output - its video expansion port is designed
to connect to a LCD display or to an external converter box which
generates the appropriate type of video signal. There are RGB adaptors
available, for both analog and digital RGB.
The IIgs has analog RGB video support. The IIe can have digital RGB
support added by using an appropriate card in the auxiliary slot. (The
Apple III has digital RGB output.)
Does the Commodore monitor expect to work with digital or analog RGB?
