    Actually, the 'Video 7' adaptor your referring to (unless there was
another option I'm not aware of) only supported digital RGB.  You could
connect an analog RGB monitor of course, but you would get missing or
incorrect colors displayed.

    The Apple IIe had a least one Applied Engineering auxiliary card
add-on that could support both analog or digital RGB.
