Re: August A2-2000 disk-0-zine released

Concerning the Joe Kohn disclaimer - it is right in all but one respect.
As the editor of A2-2000 I have never received any official notice from 
Mr. Kohn, by; surface mail, email or voice instructing me specifically 
not to use anything he gave public premission to use without any 
restriction. I've received nothing from him prohibiting me from 
including such in A2-2000, before his comments in his disclaimer post
about such. 

It's there legally - as Mr. Kohn placed no restrictions on it's being 
used - prior to its release as quotes in August issue of A2-2000.  It is 
a submission from an anomymous writer, using both of the original Usenet 
posts of Mr. Kohn.  And, one of the post included in quotation marks 
within the article can be seen clearly stating from him (Joe Kohn), 
there were no restrictions on its reprint, inclusion or use.

It will remain included - as such -within in the submitted article with 
proper quotes in full with the inclusions.  It is legally premitted in 
this manner, until I receive a legal court order to remove it.
