   Those are the black (hence the name) cased ][+s that Apple made and
were distributed by Bell & Howell for use in schools. Essentially a
][+ but with an extra video out or something like that. They seem to
be somewhat rarer (as judged by posts online) than the 'Woz'-painted
GS cases, but there were still plenty of them made.
