Apparently LOGIC (Loyal Ontario Group Interested in Computers, I know,
its lame) is still going strong.  They support both Apple IIs and Macs
and are based in Toronto but have members from all over Canada.  I was
a member for several years but gave it up when I could no longer
afford it and besides, my schedule didn't allow me to go to many
meetings.

I could get the contact information and post it here or
comp.sys.apple2.usergroups if anyone is interested.  I believe they
have a web page as well.  I wonder if they've enhanced it for SIS?
