Apple ][c --> PC

I want to get AppleWorks files on an Apple][c to a PC.
I find adt120, applePC.

To make the null-modem:
	What's the correct wire shema ?

apple2c: 5   1
	  4 2
	   3


PC:      13 . . . . . . . . . . .  1
	  25 . . . . . . . . . . 14

These two shemas are the vision of the rear of the computer and 
I know than:

In apple][c,	1=DTR
		2 = TD
		3 = GND
		4 = RD
		5 = DSR but in the Apple or in the null-modem wire ?

And to install adt120 on the apple i must write IN#2 in the apple.
How ? I don't have any # caracter on the keyboard !


Please Help me because these AppleWorks files are very important for
my father's girlfriend !!!

Another question: How get Appleworks files in ASCII format on the PC
filesystem ?
