I agree that there are not nearly enough geeks to absorb the flood of
old CRT TVs that will pass into landfill (despite what they tell you)
in this decade.

The CRT is becoming the latest vinyl record.

When future archeologists uncover our age, they will find a layer of
vinyl, a layer of leaded glass, and a layer of polycarbonate, and wonder
what we were up to.  ;-)
