Asked Questions (FAQ) at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
It covers this and many more questions. Look in section 2.6 "The Apple
IIGS" for info on this. In short, the ROM 3 has more features builtin,
but tends to be rarer and more expensive; modern software does enough
to make the two virtually indistinguishable.
