  The disk (from memory) contained some software to extend AppleSoft
with ampersand (&) sound and speech commands. There were a few demos on
this (such as a decent translation of Paul McCartney's 'Yesterday'), but
for the most part the disk is fairly useless nowadays other than for
playing. No program (to my knowledge) ever required this disk, nor did I
ever use it past screwing around with it for 1 hour 10 years ago.
