     So, you actually made the deadline!

     $1.50 per monthly issue is way too low. $12/yr is impossible. You're 
_supposed_ to make money when you put this much work into something. (For 
sure, you'll have to charge a good deal more for subscriptions in other 
countries.)  My check will be in the mail on Friday; so, if you should 
decide upon a semi-sane price-- like $20/yr in U.S.-- post it now.

     Regarding format, do you plan to include super-res pics in later 
issues? (It's kind of hard to send in a hardware construction article 
without being able to include a diagram.)        

     Anyway, congrats on getting out the first issue of A2-2000.
