Pascal 1.1 Text Editor plus the Prose Formatter plus some homewritten Pascal 
post processing programs to get all the bells and whistles out of an Epson MX 
80 with Graftrax, e.g. italics, underlining, superscript, subscript, and a 
bigger character set.  With double strike and enhanced printing, it took three 
minutes to print a page.
