There was a small box available from Apple which was plugged into the RGB
connector; this box had a connector for a standard German antenna cable.
It came with my //c, so I don't know whether it's available individually.

The whole thing in German:
Mein Apple //c hatte in der "Standardausruestung" einen Aufsatz fuer den
RGB-Anschluss, an den man ein normales Antennenkabel anschliessen konnte;
das Videosignal war dann auf Kanal 33 (oder 35? irgendetwas in dem
Bereich) empfangbar. Es gab sogar Aussparungen auf der Gehaeuserueckseite
des //c, damit dieser Anschluss nahtlos passte!
Leider weiss ich nicht, ob es diesen Anschluss noch als Einzelteil gibt...
