IIGS -> NEC Multisynch pinouts

Many thanks to readers of the group for their helpful comments when I
started to look for a colour monitor for my IIGS. I have obtained a _very_
old Multisynch and need to knock up a cable. Does anyone have the pin to
pin (9 pin/15 pin) connections handy -- apologies if they're on the Web
somewhere.
A few more queries:
The display has BNC connectors on the back for direct RGB input. Does
anyone have experience using these with the IIGS? My understanding is that
the benefits of using BNC connectors varies a lot with different monitor
and computer combinations...
There's a switch to swap the 9 pin D-connector between analog and TTL
output, presumably for use with CGA/EGA "standards". Could this be of any
use with a IIe or IIc?
Thanks again in advance.
Phil
