Hi,

	Well Geraldine, I don't know how long you've been around CSA2, but
I've been around for about 1 1/2 to 2 years.  Sometime during the first
year I wandered into CSA2 (1995), there was a HUGE flame fest going on,
between (not surprisingly) some of the same participants you see now (Joe
Kohn, Dr. Tom, Nathan Mates).  

	I was new into the group and pretty naive and unaware of what was
going on.  I was curious enough to read the posts that went up but since
they didn't make a whole lot of sense and I had zero background on the
participants, I pretty much ignored it.  

	So, speaking for myself, I didn't get scared off by that Flame
Fest back then.  In fact, I've stuck around long enough to see Flame Fest
2: Dr. Tom and Nathan Mates live and Flame Fest 3: Dr. Tom vs. Joe Kohn,
etc..................;)

	I don't know if people are going to be scared off that quickly by
these things....after all, I think the number of decent to good posts
greatly outweigh the bad ones in CSA2.  If the lurkers or anyone happens
to stumble into this group, they will surely notice the flame wars that
are going on, but if they truly are looking for help on their Apple
II computers they will notice that there are posts from people who are
looking for help as well and that this group is not full of spam and flame
fests.  
	
	Your post was a good one though....I do appreciate you trying to
get some peace int this group.  I hope it does come true.  :)
