Me neither-- well, maybe, once I knew, but the info was long forgotten.
On page 182 of the DOS Manual is the following: "The 'BASICS' diskette that
came with your DOS system master can be used to boot 13-sector diskettes on
your 16-sector system."
The diskette lets you boot 13-sector diskettes and start one of two
BASICs: Integer BASIC or regular Applesoft BASIC.
