If you are lucky, you may be able to find one of those computer
parts 'junkyard' resellers. i.e. they buy old computers to either
re-export or salvage them for parts.
The Straits Times classified ads should have some of those of
Fridays/Saturdays. Last time I been to one in Sims Avenue (nearby the
Diamond Industries an SAFE superstore), I even seen //es and 128k Macs !!
Of course, you have to keep your eyes open too. I remembered one garage
sale in Bugis, I picked up a original GS (ROM 0) set for $100, and heaps
of 3.5" drive for peanuts (years ago).
Keep your eyes opened for the Apple Dealers sale as well, I used
to wait for Diversitec/CompuMart half-yearly sale. Whether they have these
anymore I ain't sure.
Come to think of it, a nearby Griffith University here off-loaded
their Apple IIGSes when they moved to a Mac network a couple of years ago,
I picked up 5 complete GSes for $50 each, and heaps of bits and pieces.
Regards.
