Not really !
I just wanted a basic superdrive so that I can read Mac/DOS discs. 
In Singapore, where I live now, I can't get anything ][ related (then
again everywhere else is the same), and I can only get softwares for
my Apple ][e/GS from the Internet, of which I am accessing via Win95.
I would then bring the disk (1.44) with the DSK image file to my Dad's
GS (with this superdrive) to begin the xfer !
Currently, I have more Apple][e/GS related stuffs on my Win95 then my
Dad's original Apple][e and GS !!

I was told that the apple superdrive needs a seperate card to pluggin
to one of the slots while the AE one need not. 

What do you think ?
