To be more specific, it is the 'High Resolution Display Video Card'
(part number 820-0185) for the Macintosh II or any other NuBus slotted
machine. It has a DB15 connector, and apparently, you can use the cable
already attached to the AppleColor RGB.

Limitations are 640x400, 60 Hz refresh, 0.37 dot pitch and worst of
all, interlacing. All this makes it virtually worthless, good for no
more than a emergency display (or something to quickly do some testing
to see if your Mac works until you can get a real display). I've not
personally seen it in use, but it is blurry, grainy, a partly cut-off
display in some cases, and flickers terribly.

The AppleColor RGB is better suited for the Apple IIgs, Amiga,
Atari ST, Genesis or SuperNintendo (I use one of my spares on a SNES
and it is absolutely _incredible_ color and sharpness, I can't stand
using a TV set or composite display now! :)
