	*grin* I remembered when my old disks go conky when I was using 
the Apple II+ compatibles.

	Usually, when that's the case, I always use a sector copy program, 
leaving out all the errors uncopied, take note of the track/sector and 
then used the CIA utilities (Golden Delicious Software) and attempted to 
read those bad sectors, using the 'Tracer' option. Hmmm... I think I 
turned off no checksum, and data header of '0000'. Once I can read a 
consistent data, I will write to the new disk.

	Otherwise, I check for fungus infection on those disks and try to 
'clean' it away using correction fluid and a cotton bud (always as a last 
resort). But since, this is a dangerous step |8( and no warranties can be 
made on it. A pity CIA utilities are done for the 3.5" drives. And a great 
utility to cheat in games |8)
